What we can and cannot help with
We can fix broken tools, correct inaccurate content, and answer questions about how the site works. We cannot provide personalised career, legal, medical or financial advice, and we cannot review an individual resume or application.
We do not offer a paid support channel. There is no paid tier on this site, so there is no priority queue, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.
Reporting a problem with AI output
If a tool produced something factually wrong, offensive, or that contradicted its stated constraints, that is worth reporting. Include the tool name and the input you used if you are comfortable sharing it. Those reports are how the prompts get improved, and they are genuinely read.
